MERPO Prioritzation 4.0 Local Input Point Assignment Methodology

In accordant with legislative requirements, each MPO and RPO throughout the state is required to development a Local Input Point Assignment Methodology. This Methodology will be used to prioritize projects within the MERPO, which will them be submitted to NCDOT for programming the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The following Local Input Point Assignment Methodology was approved by the Strategic Prioritization Office of Transportation at NCDOT and by the MERPO TCC and TAC on May 25th 2016.
